Team Snacks 2023 Slaps Tournament Waiver
In consideration of my participation with Team Snacks and its board members, ride leaders, members, volunteers, agents or representatives, I (the undersigned) hereby fully agree to and make the following contractual agreements and representations:
LIABILITY WAIVER
I hereby acknowledge that I am participating in the Slaps Tournament Charity Event ("Event") voluntarily and at my own risk.
I understand that the Event involves physical contact and that there is a risk of injury. I agree that I am solely responsible for any and all injuries, losses, or damages that I may sustain or cause while participating in the Event.
I hereby release and discharge the organizers of the Event, its sponsors, its affiliates, its agents, and its employees, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my participation in the Event.
I also understand that the Event may be photographed, recorded, or broadcasted, and I hereby grant the organizers of the Event the right to use my image, likeness, and voice in any and all media without compensation or notification. I have read and understood this waiver and I voluntarily sign it with the intention of being legally bound by its terms.
