Team Snacks hosts a weekly group ride called Slow Your Roll. We usually end up averaging about 14mph over 15 or so miles, depending on who shows up. This is a great option for people who are new to riding road bikes—we are a very friendly and supportive group! For experienced riders, Slow Your Roll is a nice recovery ride.
